so have friend who's old pc crashed on him, prompted him upgrade mac. result unable transfer music library old pc mac, still has music on ipod touch. when attempts sync music mac, says able sync itunes purchased music, in error says other music deemed "unauthorized" , can't transfer ipod touch mac. suggestions here? i've never had problem, , able transfer entire music library old macbook pro new 1 without problems. there decent itunes alternatives out there might him music ipod touch mac? help.
