Buying an unlocked iPhone 4 from Apple in late 2012?

hello, i'm still iphone edge user... phone still working buttons, except home, dead. i'm planning buy iphone 4, when iphone 5 launched, can grab 1 usd$375 (unlocked) apple store.

wanted ask if antenna issue horrible? i'm planning in buying bumper iphone 4. or should wait 1 more year buy iphone 4s same price?

 

it's not horrible. if have case on not notice 1 bit. without, unless hold phone king kong might, not notice thing.
