How do I reimport video I shot from iPhone 4

i shot video iphone 4 , after importing it, plays horizontal.

re-plugged iphone computer , clicked on import data setting thinga-maging , clicked off "rotate video".

after states there "no new videos import"; know - how heck go re-importing video, right setting (which should right now!)

i'm using iphone 4 , latest ios 5 , have windows 7 computer; , playing in quicktime corrects sideways video, have no longing view video recordings in quicktime
