iPhone 3GS - Update error 3194

hi guys

received locked iphone 3gs a1303 off friend of mine no longer using phone has updated plan.

now, unlock iphone, baseband on phone, not covered unlock tutorial found unless update baseband ipad baseband not want lose gps on phone.

next step wanted update phone ios 5.01 ( can still jailbreak ) after putting in both normal , dfu mode , after updating itunes, still error 3194.

i'm kinda confused next.

 

did change host files point apple instead of cydia?

open tinyumbrella, go advanced tab , uncheck set host cydia, close tu , try again putting in dfu , restoring alt-restore(mac) or shift-restore (win)
