2011 MBP won't sleep when plugged in

hello all,

upgraded 2011 mbp 8gb of ram (pny brand). ram pretty nice , all, have noticed mbp not go sleep mode when power adapter plugged in. have checked of energy saver settings, didn't work. tried putting computer sleep manually. doing shut screen off , everything, sleep indicator light never started blinking, me means computer isn't sleeping. know might causing issue?

 

have checked logs in console see if stopping system sleeping?
