i use elements 10 editing. have mppro 2011 late. did editing yesterday, edits fine on screen when got them printed @ wal-mart came out dark. told brightness on monitor high. don't see how thats affecting prints dark.
you're going walmart, printers crap.
what's more likely:
screen of (likely) $2000 machine that's professionally calibrated series of tests make sure meets best standards professional photographers "too bright"
or
walmart employees no nothing , chances printer has been "serviced" once in past 5 years "technician" apart bullet point list of how "calibrate" specific printer walmart uses, knows nothing technology.
shots developed somewhere little more upmarket wallmart , don't fooled morons who'll happily tell make problem fault go away.
