Connecting MacBook Pro to 24" Monitor and HDTV

forgive me if question @ repetitive, searched , did not find similar.

have mid-2010 macbook pro , wanted clone desktop dell 24" model , 1080p hdtv monitor mounted in den. effective cost/benefit solution available complete setup. want clone display on both monitors, have no desire extend them.

resolution on dell 1920*1200 , hdtv 1080p. hdtv has available vga , hdmi connection.
