HELP! How do I erase a Photo from a Photo Album Cover on Apple TV???

this getting annoying!

have removed photo of devices. have reset photostream on of these devices , have reset photostream in icloud. have restarted of devices in order erase particular photo. photo is, should be, totally gone iphoto, photostream , devices... however... still pops "last 12 months cover" when turn on apple tv??? has go!!! how delete or replace album cover?

reset tv factory settings.

reconnect itunes on computer.
