Can't delete "Install Xcode" icon.

so downloaded xcode , installed it, however, cannot delete "install xcode" icon. try dragging trash , goes was, try holding down icon x in corner, click "x" , asks me "are sure want delete app" , hit delete nothing happens, it's still there.

else have problem? me fix? in advance!!!

 

you can't empty trash or move file trash
