Checking into places in locations without a 3G connection?

i going estonia 9 days soon.

have iphone 4s , "check in" places when there.

have no 3g connection when out.

is there app can save gps locations times/dates can check in when connect wi-fi @ later time?

don't mind whether facebook, foursquare etc.
