i office of 14 mac users , make time machine backup process more automated installing time capsule , doing backups wirelessly.
questions are:
1. have experience type of situation? 14 large number of macs backup single tc? (most users have under 150 gigs of backup files, there should enough disk space on 3 tb tc) .
2. assume tc able keep 14 backups separate , selectable if needed restoring? i.e., no need format drive 14 partitions...
3. understand initial backup large/slow , intend via wired ethernet. subsequent backups should smaller (most files word docs) , not bog down network, true?
possible problems setup?
(experienced) feedback.
for time machine need 2-3 time space of backing up. 14 people on 3tb tc not going work. need 2-3 of them.
don't have sort of file servers in office?
