Layout not as shown in excel

hoping appropriate third party software:

in excel have page layout view selected. not showing on sheet. first row though visible on screen; not visible when printing.
on page shows data on bottom of page on screen. yet when printing data on next page.
confused .

 

check paper size matches paper using. file menu in toolbar click page setup > check looking @ page tab , click options button right of orientation - make sure paper size set right paper, common cause of mismatches between on screen view , actual print.
