Let Me Share w/ You My Thought Process in Deciding iPad Cases/Protection

i've been closely following , intently reading , reviewing every single post in other thread here in ipad accessories forum; titled "search best new ipad hd case begins." had hoped replies focus me on case stands out in honesty has led me create thread, regarding case/protection need/want/require.

1. let's begin incipio lexington (http://www.myincipio.com/new-ipad-cases/incipio-new-ipad-lexington-hard-shell-folio-case.asp). amazement in other thread, case extremely popular. love sleekness , color, though admittedly used own incase magazine jacket (http://goincase.com/products/detail/magazine-jacket-cl57925) , realizing may want hold ipad naked eek on.

2. stm skinny (http://www.radtech.us/products/stm-skinny-ipad-case-with-stand.aspx) different incipio in terms of material, though both provide similar angles. college student, sell 1 @ our college student store , have admit i'm not fan of material. it's still option in mind seeing did used walk around time 1 of these type of cases original ipad 1. i'm upgrading new ipad feel taking advantage of holding thinner device, in turn leads me think naked route.
ipad 1 found myself taking off incase magazine jacket , using nakedly, though use typing , movie watching angles quite bit case on.

3. macally (http://www.macally.com/en/product/articleshow.asp?articleid=425), case offers detachable smart cover, though smart cover seems come macally , not apple. think appeal here of ipad protected , offers protection against falls , bumps , included macally smart cover angles use , accustomed to.

4. incase, snap case (http://goincase.com/products/detail/snap-case-cl57963/1) offers protection , falls , bumps like. have similar incase case iphone 4 , though works smart cover, not sure if want case add bulk. obvious give , take here , (some) fall protection.


5. incase maki sleeve (http://goincase.com/products/detail/maki-sleeve-cl57994/1) has unique , beautiful design. love thought of being able put ipad on , walk other side of campus class , still have typing , movie watching angles can provide. love closes via magnets. says works smart cover case provides though viewing angles. when walking about, case provide protection, though none when ipad out of case , in hands. i'm sure pair incase snap case (#4) or reason following (#6) caught eye...

6. icarbons (http://www.icarbons.com/collections/new-ipad-3rd-gen/products/new-ipad-brushed-aluminum), can't think looks great , though provide protection in sense of preventing scratches on of ipad, provides no protection if device falls. nevertheless couldn't pairing #5 & #6 together... or #5 & #4.

in conclusion, should mention i'm not business man in elevators , business meetings. i'm college student goes , class ipad. aside, have ipad me on dorm room floor , in lounges people studying , hanging out. furthermore, take ipad out of university bubble on weekends when go home, go shopping @ mall or driving around in car on date. aside accessories i've listed above, have stm scout shoulder bag in olive (http://www.stmbags.com/catalog/ipad-bags/scout-for-ipad-shoulder-bag/) gets used on longer car trips or when it's gonna longer day or don't wanna walk down dark alley ipad in hand.
