Resolved no admin permissions

i have asked question thousand times , still nothing, , after seeing other peoples screenshots of "get info" on hd's os installed on them, still wondering why thing read , write system. there no admin. wheel , read , cannot run blackmagic disk speed test drive either, works fine on other ones.

 

have tried adding admin rights?
in info window, first unlock, click +, add r&w admin group.
