freeing space on Mac OS X start up disk and apps not executing

i've 12' ibookg4 , been using 6 years. it's running on 1.33mhz processor(power pc), 512 ram, mac os x ver10.3. has never crashed nor given me problems been lagging whenever use adobe illustrator , photoshop simultaneously. lots of photography , graphic designing stuff , have huge files never crashed apps.
had upgraded ram 726mb, that's when problems started. not save photoshop files. plus had deleted of excess files on pc-pics,.dmg,mp3s. had prompt clear start disk memory enable apps function(i using firefox , wireless device only). resulted firefox crash.

did clean in library , next thing know when restarted pc. settings had been change default when first got it. still files intact.

did download whatsize , appzapper it's unable execute after installation. please help!

need know how make space start disk , make apps work properly.

 

when remove apps, need make sure remove 'package contents' right-clicking.

if have disks came mac, may worth rebuilding it, should notice little speed files first though

of ram show in system profiler?
