Zaggfolio buyers BEWARE!

this may long winded, worth read. information applies carbon fiber/silver model shipping.

zagg did not design maximum coverage shield until actual receipt of new ipad corporate headquarters, due changes. therefore, how able "redesign" folio new ipad?

following information based on conversations zagg employees , personal experience "new" folio. last week, zagg employee, knowledge of designing, told me folio being enlarged accommodate change in thickness , camera hole being enlarged. since time have had conversations cs, retail sales, design , management. have not received same information 2 employees in company. of 03/16/2012, asst manager told me "think" zagg have redesign folio new ipad, due "all of problems we're having". second employee present stated "i don't know if they'll redesign or not".
current carbon fiber model being shipped new ipad model same ipad 2 version.

following design issues exist:
camera hole same size
folio same size, include internal dimensions
folio magnets have not been relocated match new ipad

findings while @ zagg corporate retail store:
new ipad camera work ipad 2 folio
new ipad fit in ipad 2 folio.
new ipad full body shield fit ipad 2 folio without room spare. extremely difficult remove folio.
folios activate auto on/off, not.
folio difficult close , latch due new ipad dimensions.

there's lot more information substantiate zagg falsely advertising current model available new ipad compatible. i'm willing share it, if requested. have informed zagg sharing information on forum(s) , filing complaint bbb.

in closing, caution on purchasing current model availalble new ipad, expectation designed , work new ipad.

hate zaggfilio. doesn't work promises , feels bulky. there no latch can't secure device properly. reccomend key folio pro 2 kensington it durable , using on new ipad. it's value on amazon , works well. best thing is. when put device in slot can attach smart cover. compatible!!!!!!
