White finger in the ad -- white people only?

does think reason apple chose have white person's hand in ipad 3 invite plan introduce "white people only" ipad 3?

if so, i'm preparing class action lawsuit because wrong.

going buy ipad 3 @ launch, if can't unlock because i'm not white, don't know if can justify price.
