Using new iPad in the US

hi guys

know question have more been asked 100s of times before after advice on using new ipad in states. going miami next week , have purchased at&t pay go micro sim ebay already.

best next move? have read various posts buying pre-paid credit cards or gift cards , complications of not having address if use credit cards.

has done can explain did? wont looking excessive use on there able use ipad when on move (for maps/local information etc...).

i'm pretty sure need 4g lte sim at&t work in new ipad. old at&t sim doesn't work, , i'm in uk. time shell out $15 + .
