strange Cydia app problem

to begin, upgraded several weeks ago ios5, , stuff in in folders tried download "infinifolders" app.

therefore searched it, pressed upper-right corner instantly realized priced, , written "purchase" not "install", cannot in first place, because don't have credit card neither account in cydia.

phone started crush continuously till managed disable app sbsettings. wanna delete it, won't. because shows blue "purchase" button , not "modify" button.

how can solve problem?

 

have tried in cydia going manage > packages go app , remove?
