love mac power-users.
went system preferences / desktop , screen savers in order change desktop picture. while viewing available pictures, saw dozens of {what thought were} pictures had been deleted computer. pictures located in folder call "folder".
searched folder.... no luck.
searched of specific names of pictures.... again no luck.
searched ".jpg" , scrolled though countless pictures..... still no luck.
decided select 1 of pictures desktop image. after doing so, showed on desktop (so must reside somewhere on computer).
decided click on image in order it's properties (get info). apparently doesn't work on mac same works on windows, since path rather generic: /users/myname.
well.... image on screen - though sure had deleted computer long ago - , yet can't find image anywhere on computer.
ideas what's going on???.... or hiding???
