So, I purchased a Macbook used.

i tried uninstalling program , command prompt or whatever generated , asked me enter password "lucy" (the apparent name of computer). needless haven't been able uninstall program since needs terminal or whatever.

while installing though prompted enter admin password, hit okay , it's blank, takes lack of password fine. why different in terminal? lucy/how can change name , password? shouldn't blank if it's blank outside of terminal? i'm brand new apple platform i'm curious this, options seem restricted me. tried change name didn't work.

 

was computer restored factory settings? seems fresh install should do.
