Recover lost Bootcamp partition

i backing dad's computer time machine. went startup disk realize bootcamp partition has disappeared. there way recover it?

tax return on along other valuable data.

if reboot , hold down option key (is mean startup disk?), choices given? did save tm backup? if saved usb drive, verify happened. if selected windows partition mistake, information gone. without more details hard say.
