Making iPad's Safari have the look of Private mode, but without the limitations?

does know of tweak or cydia app allow me put ipad's safari private mode, not have limitations of private mode? know doesn't make sense, how toolbar looks dark grey instead of light grey.

 

maybe finding , switching artwork in app package enough?
