Macbook Pro 15 2009?

hey!
have asked refund on current sony vaio (it faulty).
have bit of money, thought buy macbook pro 15 inch 2009 following specs:
core 2 duo @ 2.8 ghz
4gb ddr 3 ram
9400m + 9600m @ 512 mb
500gb hdd
2009 model, refurb. there should know before buying this? nice , cheap can afford it. not willing go higher, im saving computer company venture (i programmer wishing make business out of all) need things photoshop , stuff.

that machine more capable of listed computational needs, myself have machine, except 17" , has 8 gb ram , 120 gb ssd + 500 gb hdd.
