Issues with update, ultra slow backup...

so i'm updating ipad ios 4.3.3 5.0.1, , i've done usual backup (which took hour), , downloaded update.

when go select "update", itunes tries backup. 1 much slower first though, , after entire hour, can see blue loading bar.

reason why it's going slow? fair enough needs backup 40gb of data, first time wasn't slow.

frustrating, did update on 4s holds similar amount of data, , done in 10-15 minutes...
