Issues with Safari on the iPad

i'm not happy safari on ipad 2 reasons:

1) there's limited number of tabs, , worse:

2) when clicking link on website or email , limited number of tabs occupied, 1 of pre-existing tabs gets "written over", , there's no way website open in tab. annoying , surprising since it's bug that's been fixed on iphone version of safari recent updates (you can go tab open previously).

alternative browsers there people recommend?

 

atomic web pretty good. updated frequently.
