hi, i'm new site , need little bit of help.
week iphone 4s' external speaker wouldn't work other when phone call. sound works fine when had headphones on. decided go apple store , checked out. working fine except problem. guy cleaned bottom port since there lint in there. still didn't work. didn't have phones in stock @ moment said i'd new phone in 2-3 business days.
later same day phone's external speaker began work again still kind of want new iphone since screen has scratch bothers me. question is, still give me new phone after problem fixed? or check phone again when bring exchange?
answers appreciated.
since have been allocated new phone, box old 1 when go collect new one. doubt open box.
