iPhone mic not working

so few days ago got iphone replaced bad lock button. night talking on phone bestfriend , hear couldnt hear me. work fine few minutes, wouldnt work. work 45 minutes wouldnt work. called me bother cell, , landline know phone. whats wrong? needless say, im not happy @ im having issues phone got replaced.
