iPhone 3GS on iOS 5 cannot recieve Texts! Help!

hello everyone!
have iphone 3gs latest software on ( jailbroken ). morning texting , stopped recieving texts. other person still recieve texts. called carrier ( tmobile ) , said there must wrong device because messages delivered. tried texting other people , recieve texts other people, other person texted in morning - still cannot recieve texts. tried clearing messages, syncing phone itunes.
right restoring software, , see if works. let guys know. so, have expierince or know how permanently fix this?
