iPad 3 Screenshots Problem

i don't know if normal or not when take screen shot on ipad 3, after pressing 2 buttons, there short delay. else please try , and tell me whether normal or not. thank you.

 

not short delay! world ending!

every apple device have owned has had delay, wouldn't expect it's problem.
