i own real estate. have tennants. respectable tennants. property taxes raised , utility rates raised. deciding raise rents. tennants live paycheck paycheck feel bad raising rents. can't absorb property tax increase , utility rate increase longer. think ask $400 more month in rents pay? i'm trying avoid if @ possible no longer see way me not raise rents.
