getting and putting files on the web

hey, need little push in right direction research. looking advice @ direction should focus on. here happening.

have local tv show runs in hotels restaurants , shops on it. extension program writing app assist visitors in hotels better find restaurants , more information photos , on.

right have folder on website called 'clients'. in folder have folder each client on show. in each of folders have 3 images image1.jpg , on. use code load images works great. ( cut out code gets image because had lots of other code)

code:
 nsstring *pathtoimages; uiimage *image; photonamearray = [nsarray arraywithobjects:@"image1.jpg",@"image2.jpg",@"image3.jpg", nil];  // loop here pathtoimages = [nsstring stringwithformat:@"http://www.......com/app/dining_clients/%@/images/photos/%@", namewithwhitespacesremoved, [photonamearray objectatindex:i]];  image = [[uiimage alloc] initwithdata:[nsdata datawithcontentsofurl:[nsurl urlwithstring:pathtoimages]]];  uiimageview *itemtoadd = [[uiimageview alloc] initwithframe:cgrectmake(imagestartpoint, 0, 320, 180)];  itemtoadd.image = image; [clientphotos addsubview:itemtoadd];
my concern level of security weak area? app grows updates able snap image iphone , upload folder app, allow clients manage own content. worried people hacking in , replacing images inappropriate images.

last night read called webdav isp provides. more secure , can used ftp? read, while looking @ webdav sites, ftp seems on it's way out due security issues. so, want make best use of time thought ask best way of sending, receiving , securing files between iphone app , folder on website?

for user database i'd check out parse.com. it's simple solution integrate app, , don't have handle security in same extent own solution. can have users login using facebook-account, seems norm these days.

downfall (granted major downfall in case) don't store images you, i'm pretty sure link each user in parse database unique folder on ftp of choice. there people here far more skilled @ me, i'll stop speculating :) i've used parse.com , it's great imho.
