does the 3rd Gen iPad have a RAM Increase?

in keynote during epic games demo, guy said new ipad has more memory ps3 , xbox 360.

ps3 , xbox 360 both have 512mb of ram, mean we're getting 1gb? or not meant?

what you've pointed out basis of current speculation. make lot of sense increase ram nobody knows better right now.
