did the Incipio NGP break my phone's power button?

what's guys, been while since i've posted on here.

bought myself iphone 4 few weeks ago off craigslist. phone working fine 2 weeks, power button started getting little stuck. after that, stopped clicking. power button loose , can hear rattle when shake phone.

have looked issue online , seems there amount of people have had same issue. planning on fixing it, i've got question case i'm using- incipio ngp.

there chance case caused issue power button? power button began giving me problems few days after started using case. ask because way case fits phone wouldn't want have same hardware issue again after fixing phone.

hi, hard tell if reason why power button of iphone no longer functions because of case. guess best way find out caused problem have checked. hope helps, , goodluck on phone.
