Can't log on w/ Safari 5.1.4

can't log on w/ safari 5.1.4. i'm using 5 extensions: click flash, turn off lights, shortly, adblock, , evernote. have or similar on firefox , chrome , have no issue w/ logon. no logon issues w/ other sites.

when try log on message uid/pw wrong , have x of 5 attempts left.

have idea how fix this?
