Apple Care for iMac

so have questions have regarding product. know works wonders people on site. hoping if there things happened people. replacements , upgraded stuff? went apple store 7 times within last 3 months. apple store in brea mall dented imac when fixing , went 1 in pasadena, ~20 miles away house. hoping don't have return again , wait couple of days , replaced. other times went because there dust behind screen. though occurs, kinda had accept happens time lol.
