App for organising movies, tv shoes (xvid)?

as title says, i'm looking app, organises (correct file naming, tagging, downloading meta data poster/imdb rating etc) movies , tv shows (xvid, mkv), saved locally on mac or nas. ideally launch vlc playing files. don't want them in itunes library (like iflicks does), since i'd have convert them..

know of that? lot.
