A lot of white icons everytime I install a new app

hey guys, after jailbroke 4s yesterday, everytime install new app, there lot of new icons appearing on springboard (adsheet, fieldtest, ios diagnostics, sbsettings , setup). disappear after respring, it's getting annoying have respring everytime. fix that?
