Is this a bug in Safari?

can see there strange stuff going on bookmarks bar. instead of showing actual bookmarks (which have around 12 of) have weird, plain, gray bar underneath. happens (at least far know) when i'm in full screen , disappears , returns normal when exit fullscreen , enter again. also, strangely doesn't happen: maybe once every few days. have ideas of how fix this, or bug?
