Wiping hard drive without disc!?

i'm selling mbp today , have no idea how restore factory setting without disc!

me out guys!

i've looked @ ton of youtube tutorials of them require disc.

i'm lost.

 

if it's new use recovery partition. boot it, , erase disk (suggest sort of secure erase) using disk utility. use internet recovery load os x.

other that, if it's pre-2011 mac (or 2010 13") going need either boot disc, bootable usb drive, or mac via firewire erase disc. have no way install os x.

apple store sells os x lion usb thumb drive $69, both allow securely erase drive load os x onto it. bootable , suggest need. buyer going need way restore os @ point anyway. ilife not included however.
