Is AT&T Charging An Overusage Fee on DSL Too?

i heard in addition at&t throttling wireless bandwidth (i think unlimited users 3gb now, charging over-usage fee of $10 every 50gb on first 150gb.

granted, 150gb lot. when format hard-drive once per year , re-download of service packs, itunes & associated apps, etc. 150gb can add fast.

of other service providers (verizon, comcast, etc.) same thing?

150gb $10 per 50gb over. 250gb $10 per 50gb on u-verse customers.
