Can't Delete Some Files From Trash?

i can't empty trash because message "the operation can't completed because item "xxxxx" in use.

how fix this? happens ton of items , them item can named "eeeeeggssg" , have no idea is..

 

you can't empty trash or move file trash , solving trash problems
