How can i repair/recover my partition?

i have late 2010 macbook air. running windows external drive on , have erased unused partitions macbook drive. after restart notice primary partition on mac no longer mounted , somehow has been transformed hsf exfat. know method recover partition or recover data it? have 50gb of unallocated space might use install windows don't know how create mbr partition terminal windows. i've attached pics current partition scheme. thank you.

how attach image mr post.​

maybe gparted live cd can help, partition table corrupt. why did use windows in first place modify partitions on mba?
