ACPI error at startup

macbook air, late 2008, 128 gig ssd hd

i've used windows 7 on air using bootcamp 6 months. worked @ first started act up:

works fine.
slow startup, stuck @ windows splash screen > 4 min. slow shutdown. @ slow shutdown bsod saying driver_power_state_failure flashes before system turns off.
slow recovery hibernation , standby.
above problems seem appear randomly.

when checking event viewer after slow startup 15-20 acpi errors (eventid 13) in row, wasting 3+ minutes alltogether.
recovering sleep , hibernation generates hal error (eventid 12) or disk error (eventid 11).

had apple service @ , claim nothing wrong hardware, using computer in osx 10.6 seems work fine. kind of looks hardware related me since windows worked fine long time @ first. tried multiple re-installs, different (legit) copys of windows.

known type of error mac + windows? i'm unsure how proceed i'm throwing out there clues. grateful suggestions.
