Anyone else's Notification Center stop working at some point?

i have iphone 4s on ios 5.0.1 , noticed notification center no longer drops down. changes made on apps far activation reverted back, , have not installed other tweaks know of. guess have uninstall 1 1 till works.

 

nevermind i'm idiot

forgot went spingtomize , setup custom lines not. center , guess somehow disabled it...
