Cydia Not Installing

after many attempts jb 3gs moving 5.16.05 06.15.00 bb, succeeded unchecking install cydia , checking install ipad baseband in redsn0w. tried install cydia using redsn0w again , selecting "install cydia". error on iphone after please wait... messages, "no successful firmware download after 60000 ms!! giving up...". ideas on how past or cydia installed?
