Macbook Pro Yellowish Screen

hi, bought first mac (mbp 13" late 2011) directly amazon , got today. noticed screen has kind of yellow-tint , blacks of display black.. there's contrast. normal? go away?

contacted amazon online , person said didn't receive defective item , refund me $17 because of issue...

should do?

 

have tried calibrating screen via system preferences > displays > color or tried different colour profile?
