App to make cool sounds?

hey everyone,

looking simple kind of app makes cool sounds. have several ipad apps take wave. . .sculpt it, edit parameters etc make fun cool sounds there similar ones mac's?

i'm not looking complex 1 max etc - straight forward 1 ipad ones

in advance.
