Siri won't recognize contact if you don't say their first and last name

let's healthcare provider's name john doe. he's in contacts list "doctor" prefix. if wanted call or text him using siri, i'd have say, "text john doe" because "text doctor doe" won't work. may not person prefix in contacts list, , telling siri he's doctor means every time "text doctor x," siri think want text dr. doe.

workaround add "doctor doe" nickname.
