Chances 5.1 is released without a JB fix?

my battery kinda awful, hoping 5.1 released before jb release tweaks needed....now released, chances 5.1 fixed jb before release now?

also, if fixed, how long until jb 5.1 released...i going jb 5.01 in meantime, crossing fingers...
